Long weekend crawler

Well it's official - our life will never be the same again!

Kate started crawling over the long weekend. On Friday she would stay where we put her (well pretty much - aside from rolling to where she wanted to get to), on Saturday she started going forwards, on Sunday it was figuring out how to pick up and put down her hands in turn and by late today she's scooting around all over the place - nicking pegs off the vertical blinds, knocking over the kitchen bin, pulling bottles out of the wine rack, chasing the cats and generally having a great time.

Here's a few photos of Kate in action - she is wearing a lovely pair of daisy pants made by Aunty Sue - very fitting for the sun-shiny long weekend we've just had.

Kate has also well and truly learnt to wave hello. As I was trying to get her attention for this photo I was waving and saying hello - without skipping a beat, she managed to turn around without falling over and waved right back!
